Today is AFL Grandfinal day in Melbourne, probably the "biggest day of the year" for the majority of the male population (and some girls... i will never understand) as they gather to get drunk and disorderly, i have chosen to stay home to sew, bake and drink tea. In a stereotypical rebel against the over celebrated day of male driven sport, i find myself making a pink collage...
i know very typical and last century but hey....

i think your swell
The thought of keeping my new YSL's in perfect condition in my cupboard and away from my feet (and tendency to completely trash my shoes) seemed quite sensible, until i realized it has been almost three months since i bought them in London, which was the entirety of my spending money for the the rest of my European trip... forcing me to sleep in the streets and busk for money to buy food (not quiet, but walking away from a beautiful white structured blazer in Italy was just as tormenting) made the idea seem a little silly. So i wore them. They accompanied me to a Melbourne fashion week event and to a party and to my surprise they came home relatively undamaged.
and this is how they were worn...

full credit to mum for unknowingly letting me borrow her shirt & jacket. thanks mum :-)

Sesame Magazine

TASH, MODEL AND DESIGNER FOR MISS.T LABEL
"I lost my favourite ring, which was both expensive and sentimental, so I bought this heart ring as a replacement. It was very cheap and nothing special but it’s invincible, I wear it everywhere. I’ve knocked it, dropped it, kicked it, accidentally hit someone in the face with it (that happened when I was dancing, I swear it was an accident and it has never left me. For all of that, it is my favourite thing”
