I have these boots in the top left corner (no brand). They are pretty amazing and are really a pair of statement boots but I personally was not too happy about the quality. Loving the rest!

Both of the platform shoes have no brand, i was lucky enough to find the silver YSL ring on ebay after it became my daily online mission! will post pictures soon :-)
